Gr8 Savers Week
Meet Gerry, our mascot for Gr8 Savers Week!
May 8th - 14th is Gr8 Savers Week. It's a special week in the Credit Union, where we teach children about the importance of saving. There are huge benefits to teaching your child to become a Gr8 Saver! Helping your child understand how to save and why they should save, will benefit them not only in the short term, but also into their adult life. Children are encouraged to open a Credit Union account during this week and watch their savings "Grow With Gerry". Gerry will be sharing his saving tips every day, starting on May 8th at 1 o clock on our Facebook page. Keep an eye out for his special saving tips and share them with your children! ****To sign up for a Junior Account we require the following for both parent and child; Child - Copy of Birth Cert and Proof of PPS Parent - Proof of ID and Proof of Address**** New accounts are opened until 4pm on a weekday and 11:30am at the weekend.
Any child who joins the Credit Union this week will receive a special welcome pack and an entry to our Gerry inspired colouring competition.
Colouring competition closing date is May 21st. There will be three age categories, 3-6 7-9 and 10-12. There will be one winner in each category.
